Applications Developer

The Swift Group is looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Applications Developer to join our growing team. This role involves developing modern, modular, event-driven micro-services, deploying services and applications on AWS, and building both back-end and front-end solutions. You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure, and efficient applications while working in a collaborative environment with a focus on high-quality software development. Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with modern, modular, event-driven micro-services architectures.
• Proven experience deploying and operating services/applications in an Amazon AWS infrastructure environment (EC2, S3, RDS/PostgreSQL, NLB), including experience with Ansible.
• Strong experience using Python to develop web backend services.
• Proven experience using Go to develop data processing services and web applications with Go Templates and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing web applications using ReactJS for front-end UI/UX development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and the software accreditation process on secure networks.
• Solid experience securing systems deployed on AWS, including Linux host security, networking and load balancing, and PKI.
• Familiarity with web UI frameworks, such as Kendo UI toolkit.
• Experience building moderately complex user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Strong understanding and experience with CSS for UI development.
• Proven experience integrating with REST-based APIs that exchange JSON data with ReactJS UI/applications.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Go language software, including web services, web-based user interfaces (using Go HTML Template library), and data processing services such as ETL workflows/scripts.
• Experience with graph data modeling and related technologies.
• H.S Diploma
• TS/SCI security clearance with Polygraph

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Go HTML Templates and AlpineJS/htmx JavaScript libraries.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with deploying and operating Python-based machine learning libraries and services.
• Understanding of customer security processes and requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
