What are your contributions to the team?

• Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on creating new applications dedicated and not limited to Data Analytics (Performance dashboards, Processes development & Engineering design for manufacturing, etc.)
• Participate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and create stories;
• Create schedule and track; Manage priorities and ensuring they are communicated and harmonized;
• Act as an ambassador of change and inspire stakeholders to adopt new apps in their day-to-day activities;
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to projects progress, user adoption and satisfaction. Provide regular reports on progress and outcomes to stakeholders;
• Identify and address resistance to change by working with individuals and teams to understand their concerns and provide solutions to facilitate acceptance;
• Prepare and present visibility reports at various governances to different layers of the organization;
• Actively support the improvement projects of our processes & tools;
• Analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision making;

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Aerospace or a related field with a minimum of 10 years in data engineering;
• You are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset);
• You have experience in technology or software development lifecycle or in database management (Python and SQL); 
• You have a good knowledge in Machine Learning and AI (asset);
• You have sound aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience;
• You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• You have a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;
• You have a strategic mind and an attention to details, supporting your interest for taking over responsibilities;
• You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic;
• You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;
• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office (mainly PowerBI, MS Excel, MS Project, Sharepoint, etc.) is an asset.
