Power BI Developer

As a Power BI Developer at HSO, you will play a critical role in transforming raw data into insightful visualizations that drive business decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and design robust data models and visuals within Power BI. Your expertise in programming languages such as DAX and Power Query will be essential in creating compelling dashboards and reports that meet organizational standards.

In this role, you will also engage in data analysis, data cleansing, and data preparation activities to ensure high-quality data is leveraged for reporting. Staying current with the latest Power BI functionalities and best practices will be key to maximizing the impact of your work. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and seeks to enhance decision-making through data.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Power BI development, with expertise in DAX and Power Query.
• Strong background in data modeling and data visualization principles.
• Experience with SQL and database management technologies.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate data from multiple sources to create meaningful reports.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience with D365 CE and/or F&O would be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, including hands-on experience with designing and managing scalable, high-performance data solutions
