About the Team

The mission of the Global Legal Services (GLS) team is to enhance the Legal Organization’s support for Workday by focusing on simplicity, speed, and scale, thereby accelerating strategic growth and improving the customer experience. The team’s main focus areas include developing business strategy for the Legal organization and operational alignment with larger Workday initiatives. Additionally, the team leads ground-breaking efforts in process optimization, resourcing, and risk management, while enabling operational efficiencies in technology management and data harmonization. The GLS team also focuses on developing skills-based training for the organization and providing solutions through effective project management, strategic analytics, vendor management, and budget coordination.

The Legal Compliance and Corporate Affairs organization seeks a highly motivated Analyst to join our Global Legal Services Technology team. This role will play a key part in driving operational efficiency and data transparency. The successful candidate will possess advanced Excel skills , Salesforce experience, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards ensuring data integrity and validity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Legal and Business Technology to implement process and technology solutions.
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify and implement process improvements, and serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users.
  • Proactively participate in organizational change and launch support processes, aiding change management and support enablement.
  • Assisting the business with generating reports from Evisort based on customer contract language search requests. This includes effectively understanding stakeholder requirements, proactively asking clarifying questions, and communicating findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supporting quality assurance and data validation processes within Evisort. This involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer contract data and identifying areas for improvement within the AI models.

La organización de Cumplimiento Legal y Asuntos Corporativos busca analista con gran motivación para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Tecnología de Global Legal Services. Esta función tendrá un papel clave en el impulso de la eficiencia operativa y la transparencia de los datos. La persona seleccionada deberá tener conocimientos avanzados de Excel, experiencia en Salesforce y la capacidad de trabajar de forma independiente. Las responsabilidades incluyen:

  • Apoyar el desarrollo y el mantenimiento de informes y tableros de control, y así garantizar la integridad y la validez de los datos.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos multifuncionales en el departamento jurídico y el de tecnología empresarial para implementar soluciones tecnológicas y de procesos.
  • Aprovechar los conocimientos y la experiencia de negocios a fin de identificar y aplicar mejoras en los procesos, y actuar como asesor tecnológico de confianza para los usuarios corporativos.
  • Participar de forma proactiva en el cambio organizativo, ayudando la gestión del cambio y la habilitación del soporte.
  • Ayudar a la empresa a generar informes a partir de Evisort en función de las solicitudes de búsqueda en los idiomas de los contratos de los clientes. Incluye comprender de modo eficaz los requisitos de las partes interesadas, formular preguntas aclaratorias de forma proactiva y comunicar los resultados de manera clara y concisa.
  • Brindar soporte en los procesos de garantía de calidad y validación de datos en Evisort. Implica garantizar la exactitud y la integridad de los datos contractuales de los clientes e identificar áreas de mejora dentro de los modelos de IA.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly with lookup/match functions
  • Strong experience with Salesforce reporting proficiency and a basic understanding of its integration with other systems.
  • Understanding of data analysis, with a solid foundation in data manipulation and interpretation.
  • Proficient in using reporting and visualization tools to generate insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts and technology (pre and post signature), with experience in Evisort and Conga CLM being a plus.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and leverage workflow automation tools to streamline operations and improve business efficiency.

  • Analytical and methodological approach to problem-solving with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and listening skills to effectively gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders
  • Skilled in prompt engineering, including crafting effective prompts, iteratively refining them based on model responses, and understanding the strengths and limitations of different AI models.
  • Experience working in a legal department, particularly with customer contracts (strongly preferred)
  • A strong interest in AI solutions and their application in data analysis, with a willingness to learn and contribute to model development and deployment.

  • Capacidad para identificar y aprovechar las herramientas de automatización del flujo de trabajo a fin de agilizar las operaciones y mejorar la eficiencia empresarial.

  • Destreza en la ingeniería de instrucciones (“prompts”), incluido el diseño de instrucciones eficaces, su perfeccionamiento iterativo en función de las respuestas de los modelos y la comprensión de los puntos fuertes y las limitaciones de los distintos modelos de IA.
  • Experiencia trabajando en un departamento jurídico, en particular con contratos de clientes (muy preferible).
  • Gran interés por las soluciones de IA y su aplicación en el análisis de datos, con ganas de aprender y contribuir al desarrollo y el despliegue de modelos.
