Reporting to and supporting the Data Senior Manager Finance, this role is critical in ensuring end to end integration of demand and supply process, working across multiple functions within Finance and across other cross functional teams including Trading Partner Quality, Supply chain, Logistics, Trade compliance and VAT, Treasury, Contract Manufacturing Organization to keep supply chain moving for Haleon and the Trading Partner. This includes ensuring compliance with Trading Partner Licenses and the Trade Route Standards. Responsibilities includes;
- Scoping of business-driven trade routes impacting the Trading Partner entities within Haleon, building solutions, and brilliantly executing business-driven trade routes
- Supply chain integration such as new supplier and/or market integration.
- An internal change of data or process to improve existing supply chain.
- Larger scale business development activity such as mergers, acquisitions, and divestment from an operational execution perspective.
The responsibilities include – but non-exhaustively.
- Embed and role model the Haleon culture and behaviors.
- Lead and manage Trade Routes, interpret complex information, and provide informed analysis to draw meaningful conclusion, and make business recommendations.
- Support Haleon Strategic projects (Changes, Integration & Divestment) for Trading Partner Finance ensuring Standard P2P, Source to Pay, O2C, Close and control and data processes are implemented and aligned with Trading Partner Quality and principles.
- Observe the Change, Integration & Divestment framework for all assigned Trade Routes; and managing process change from design, approval, documentation, implementation, training, and handover to Operational teams.
- Provide data analysis and data management in SAP with a focus on invoicing for Trade Routes
- Ensure that delivery of improvements is optimal, compliant, and aligned and meet both IQMS and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
- Build effective relationships and work cross functionally with key areas such as Sites/CMOs and Markets, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
- Embed data change end to end through internal and external Haleon teams to the markets.
- Identifying and delivering process improvements within CI&D core processes
Core Skills: Role’s basic requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of work experience with Global / Corporate level in FMCH and / or FMCG in F&A and Supply Chain Operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a team environment.
- Exposure to FICO SAP Module
- Good knowledge on Finance and Supply chain process
- Experience of working with ERP, Preferred with SAP & Service Now tools.
- Understanding of financial transactions critical for international supply of goods, e.g. demand management, supply management, receivable management, tolling and transfer pricing
- Sound understanding of international commercial terms, e.g. INCO terms, supply agreements and contract responsibilities, tax implications.
- Experience in supply chain business development activities (integration or divestment)
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a large global organization including culturally diverse teams.
- Demonstrated Stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels across the organization
- Ability to communicate and work with both business and technical resources to ensure delivery of desired process outcomes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and across a matrix environment.
Interpersonal competency:
- Excellent communication skills at all levels across the organization
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to define and deliver new ways of working based on Haleon and (distribution) industry best practices.
- Ability to establish a high level of credibility and forge strong working relationships with senior internal and third-party stakeholders.
Education and experienced
- University Degree
- Professional Qualification in Finance/Accounting/Supply Chain
- Certification in Project Management
- Certification in Service Management is an added advantage
- The ability to think strategically while recognizing and resolving local business needs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven track record of effective stakeholder interactions across multiple levels of an organization and across multiple functions
- Disciplined, robust organization skills, ability to plan & manage workload.
- Actively seek to improve process making them more effective & efficient.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with & influence stakeholders internally and externally
- FMCH and / or FMCG industry experience
- Strong experience in O2C, P2P, S2P, I2C & R2R Operational Activities
