We're seeking a passionate and data-driven Procurement System & Data Manager to join our dynamic team.

Genuit Group is a leading provider of sustainable water, climate, and ventilation solutions for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • To improve and introduce standard processes and procedures for S2P and P2P across the Genuit Group
  • To proactively identify opportunities to processes and systems 
  • Complete SLA’s & KPI’s reporting (both procurement and suppliers)
  • Analysing and presenting procurement data to identify areas of non-compliance or areas of opportunity, including but not limited to audits and other regulatory requests.
  • Create and present data to procurement team and wider stakeholder network.
  • Gather, analyse, interpret, and advise on market intelligence 
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships across the different businesses to ensure full buy-in to the purchasing strategy and targets
  • Produce business process procedure documents and associated training material, guides and manuals
  • Ensure full compliance in the execution of procurement policies and procedures
  • Introduce processes to aid scope emission reporting

Capabilities

  • Proven Expertise: Strong background in S2P and P2P processes, coupled with experience in change management, process mapping, and data analysis.
  • Analytical Prowess: Advanced Excel skills, data visualization expertise, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
  • A Passion for Improvement: A proactive and results-oriented approach with a drive to continuously enhance procurement processes.
