MLOps Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MLOps Manager to lead the development and growth of our new MLOps team. This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class MLOps function from the ground up and play a critical role in driving the success of our AI/ML initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for defining the MLOps vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration with data science, data engineering, and product teams.

What you will do:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing MLOps team, attracting and retaining top talent.

• Define and implement the organization's MLOps strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and AI/ML initiatives.

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the MLOps function.

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure MLOps platform leveraging cloud technologies.

• Optimize infrastructure costs and performance.

What you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in an MLOps leadership role, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

• 5+ years in Engineering leadership with increasing responsibility.

• Strong technical expertise in MLOps principles and technologies, including CI/CD for ML models, data versioning, model monitoring, and experimentation tracking.

• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with data engineering, machine learning, and software engineering best practices.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of MLOps principles and best practices, including CI/CD for ML models, data versioning, model monitoring, and experimentation tracking.

• Hands-on experience with relevant technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with data engineering, machine learning, and software engineering best practices.
