At PwC, our people in data management focus on organising and maintaining data to enable accuracy and accessibility for effective decision-making. These individuals handle data governance, quality control, and data integration to support business operations.

In data strategy at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to effectively manage and utilise data within the organisation. You will analyse business requirements, identify data needs, and define data governance frameworks. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to align data initiatives with organisational goals, supporting the use of data to drive informed decision-making and support business growth.

• Work with Partners and clients on assignments. Be a sounding board for ideas that deliver value 

• Showcase thought leadership and innovation mindset in interactions. 

• Understand and articulate PwC capabilities and expertise 

• Participate in pre sales process and drive deal solutions 

• Possess a Point of View on Industry and market trends and their implications to clients and businesses. 

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and drive independent business outcomes 

• Understand and deliver on key performance Indicators and Priorities 

• Encourage and motivate teams to scale and upskill 

• Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary. 

• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions. 

• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. 

• Implement cloud data solutions in the context of business applications, cost optimization, client’s strategic needs and future growth goals as it relates to becoming a ‘data driven’ organization 

• Establish a solutions-based practice, grow an organization, develop approaches/ methodologies, lead engagements, and provide consistent communications to clients and leadership teams; and, 

• Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. 

• Promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams. 

• Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. 

• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.
