The Opportunity

The Analytics Developer will leverage their expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, they will understand and address data needs, analyze and interpret data, and present findings in a clear and intuitive manner to key stakeholders, including Commercial and Service Organizations. This role involves utilizing various technologies to collect, clean, analyze, predict, and effectively communicate insights, ensuring that data-driven decisions are well-informed and impactful.

What You’ll Work On

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Implement and test internal/external interfaces and high-complexity features.
  • Define functional requirements and transform them into enabling reports that drive efficiency.
  • Lead root cause investigations and participate in CAPA activities.
  • Analyze data, draw insights, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and define business questions.
  • Work with stakeholders to refine analyses and improve processes.
  • Provide learning pathways and guide technical teams.
  • Manage and consult on multiple complex projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 years of related experience.
  • Expert experience in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, complex software systems.
  • Expert experience building Customer Service Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Demonstrated success in technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought. Leads the technical excellence of the system and creates plans to mitigate outages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert-level understanding of design patterns and strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Advanced analytics knowledge and application in the field of:
    • Statistics, Mathematical programming.
    • Business acumen and experience with operational or strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of database management and data warehousing.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Power BI and Azure Services.
  • 5+ years of experience integrating data from multiple source systems and building pipelines.
  • 5+ years of programming in SQL, and dynamically creating SQL.
  • Expert-level ability to conduct thorough data analytics and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently communicate technical topics to all levels within their team.
  • Experience in exploratory data analysis methodologies.
  • Delivers high-quality work throughout the whole project.

The base pay for this position is

$97,300.00 – $194,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
