CP Skin Health Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics & Transformation Manager for the supply chain group to join our Scottsdale, AZ Home Office. This role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end digital transformation through the strategic use of emerging technologies, enhancing both consumer and employee experiences. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business systems and models that optimize operational efficiency and data integrity within the supply chain. This position will have a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, providing substantial visibility to senior stakeholders in both the Skin Health organization and the Global Supply Chain, fostering an environment of high-level collaboration and strategic influence. The manager will lead master data management, continuous process improvements, and provide leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.
- Align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals and transformation objectives.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between advanced analytics and business operations, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
Process Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and analyze areas for process improvement within the operation.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress effectively to senior management and other key players.
- Maintain a high level of visibility within Skin Health leadership as well as to Global Supply Chain leadership to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.
Technology and Tools Management:
- Evaluate and implement the latest data analytics tools and technologies available to the supply chain organization
- Ensure the integration of analytics solutions with existing systems and processes.
Change Management:
- Support change management efforts related to business transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate training and communication to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
Performance Measurement:
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and analytics efforts.
- Provide regular reports on performance and progress to senior management.
Master Data Management and Supply Chain Improvement:
- Oversee master data management and ensure data integrity within supply chain processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to master data in the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Management:
- Manage a direct report, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Innovation and Best Practices:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business transformation.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business transformation, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
- Experience using data extraction and loading tools such as SAP Data Intelligence, Google Cloud Storage, and Google Apps Script.
- Experience using data storage tools like Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake.
- Experience using visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Sigma Computing, and DOMO.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Six Sigma).
- Experience in master data management and supply chain processes.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $102,400.00 - $144,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
