We are seeking a strategic HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive HR reporting and analytics to support the organization’s strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Extract, clean, and test data to ensure high-quality and reliable HR metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reports and analyses.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in HR data management practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations using PowerPoint and other presentation tools to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.

Education/Experience

Education

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related role

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years as an HR Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
  • Experience with database management and maintenance a plus.
  • Experience in working on an HRIS application, Workday knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable presenting in front of groups/teams

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $70,000 – 85,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
