Director, Product Management - AI and ML Platforms

NVIDIA is the defining technology company of the Artificial Intelligence era. As a Director of Product Management, you will have the outstanding opportunity to craft the next era of computing. Your primary role will be to collaborate with AI researchers across multiple internal and external teams that are building leading AI models using DGX Cloud Systems. Your goal would be to build scalable and repeatable products that can simplify the life of an AI Researcher. You will need to work directly with NVIDIA and external AI researchers to understand their requirements related to large-scale AI Building and translate those into software requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• As a Director of Product Management, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products.

• Define product strategy and roadmap across a multitude of products.

• Work closely with engineering, research, and operational teams to ensure timely execution and success.

• Deeply understand the AI Workflows and empathize with the needs of AI Researchers.

• Determine product strategies, features, and ensure they align with NVIDIA's ambitious goals.

• Actively engage with all internal and external customers and collaborators to gather feedback and continuously improve our offerings.

What we need to see:

• 15+ overall years of relevant experience

• 5+ years of Leadership experience.

• Experience in product management within the technology sector, ideally with a focus on AI.

• Experience in Technical Product Management, shipping either customer facing or employee facing products by working with engineers, designers, and data scientists resulting in significant business impact.

• A track record of efficiently implementing product strategies and delivering results in matrix organization with competing needs.

• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to encourage and collaborate across teams.

• Strong analytical approach and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Former engineering background and hands on prototyping & product design mock-up skills.

• Hands-on expertise and understanding of NVIDIA’s products, GPU-optimized compute stack, familiarity with NVIDIA software strategy & products, familiarity of working with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAGs), Video Foundation Models, or Experience with large-scale GPU Clusters.

The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
