Job Description:
This position, reporting to the Business Analytics Manager, is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning. This role involves working closely with different stakeholders to understand business needs, develop reports and dashboards, and use data analysis techniques to inform business strategies.
The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: data collection and analysis, reporting and dashboards, data visualization, business performance tracking, trend analysis and forecasting, and data documentation and reporting.
BUSINESS ANALYST 1 -
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
60% - Prepare and analyze data for studies and analytical tools using appropriate methods.
Create, update, and improve programs and scripts relevant to business objectives.
Visualize data and results using charts, graphs, and dashboards to communicate insights clearly.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive and dynamic reports.
25% - Design, build, and implement statistical and machine learning models to solve specific business problems. Train models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering). Use time series analysis, regression analysis, or other techniques to build forecasts and predictions. These solutions may include, but are not limited to data mining, statistical analysis, pattern recognition, predictive modeling, data integration, optimization, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
15% - Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Business Analytics Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics , or related field
Years of Experience: 1+ years of experience
Specific Experience: Experience in data analysis, business intelligence or related role.
Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python). Familiarity of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) - Proficient
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Excel, including Solver and PowerPivot - Proficient
- Experience preparing data for analysis using SQL. - Beginner
- Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI. - Beginner
- Analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and extracting actionable insights to guide business decisions. - Beginner
- Problem solving - Proficient
- Attention to detail - Proficient
- Effective verbal and written communication skills - Proficient
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from different departments. - Proficient
BUSINESS ANALYST 2 -
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create interactive and dynamic reports that connect to and rely on multiple data sources.
