About the role
As part of the Interfolio Services team, you will support our users and clients by answering questions related to Interfolio, and educating and empowering customers to become better Interfolio users. As a member of our support team, you proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better, and are an internal ambassador for clients, helping them be successful with our platform and driving product change based on their feedback. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of data transfers, data transformation, API Key provisioning, SSO setup/maintenance, and reporting output for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to clients by addressing and resolving inquiries related to Snowflake data export processes, including answering questions about relationships between product data entities.
- Routine database maintenance using SQL
- API Key provisioning
- SSO setup and maintenance
- Offer clients guidance on best practices and update help documentation and training materials as needed to ensure efficient and effective use of Snowflake’s data export features.
- Develop an understanding of Interfolio’s suite of products and faculty to utilize them to be successful.
- Support internal and external client project managers to ensure timely delivery of implementation where required
- Build and foster strong relationships with all levels of technical and non-technical staff at client institutions
- Identify, recognize, and act on opportunities for improvement in order to advance business goals
- Confront problems, change, and/or challenges quickly and enthusiastically
- Perform root cause analysis on support tickets
- Provide support for the Web profiling import/export
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of database knowledge (Postgres, MySQL, Snowflake)
- Python Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical users, alongside strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Patient, methodical, detail-oriented, with strong logical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grasp the business context behind the data.
- Proficiency in SQL. Experience using relational databases and/or cloud-based columnar data warehouses such as Snowflake.
- Familiarity with Postman/APIs
- Delivery experience with data integration projects
- API management including ability to translate and explain technical concepts to client teams
- Programming in any high-level language, SQL scripts, and Java scripting
- Understanding on internet protocols, networks, and related technologies, including http, xml, SFTP, REST and Soap web services
- Excellent customer communication and project management skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
Additional Skills
- Experience building requirements, configuring and consuming ETL services
- Business Intelligence experience (Tableau, Sisense, Microstrategy, Qlik, DataStudio)
