Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
- Curate, analyze, and present key data insights to enable strategic decision-making and support organizational goals.
- Manage data quality and ensure the accuracy of reports and analytical models through collaboration with data quality and technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver customized analytical solutions, including prospect lists and operational reports.
- Build and optimize data models and workflows for reporting, leveraging Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and other enterprise tools.
- Provide training and support to foster self-service reporting and data literacy across teams.
- Support data architecture development and ensure high availability and performance of reporting datasets.
- Collaborate with platform and data resources to ensure a high level of data availability and performance for all datasets used in reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with key business staff and leaders to design and build analytical solutions to meet the operational reporting and decision support requests.
- Assist in building a business intelligence center of excellence to support a wide variety of reporting and analytics needs.
- Engage in assigned data related projects across the analytics and data ecosystem.
Working Relationships:
- Collaborate with leadership, technical teams, and cross-departmental staff to identify and deliver analytics solutions.
- Engage with project management and data architects to align data efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, technical, or data-related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in modern BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Salesforce, Workday, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with Snowflake and Python preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations is a plus.
