The role
As a Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources. You will research customer issues and improve data quality, provide recommendations and feedback resulting from reviews of automated outputs. Additionally, this role will support the team by updating reports and coordinating investigations through our investigation platform.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate data to ensure it meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Support continuous improvements in data quality, accuracy, and reliability through reviews and feedback/recommendations of various sources.
  • Provide necessary reports to leaders or customer-facing team members.
  • Track and monitor investigation results and collaborate with others to fully resolve data quality issues.
  • Perform reviews of corporate hierarchies, researching data sources and updating records.
  • Review, research, and remediate customer issues.
  • Participate in multiple simultaneous initiatives specific to area of responsibility, in support of global business objectives.

Skills

  • Proficient skills and experience in the use of MS Office Suite required, including Excel and Access. Experience with Power BI a plus.
  • Around 1 year commercial experience.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in cross functional teams across business and technology.
  • Passionate and curious about data, with the ability to research and investigate data to drive fact-based decisions.·       
  • Critical competencies: problem solving/analysis, initiative, and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
  • Fluent in English language
