Heritage Auctions is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative specialist to drive the adoption, integration, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools across the organization. This role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT and Copilot, to transform workflows and drive business innovation. The ideal candidate will excel in prompt engineering, identifying impactful use cases, and educating employees on best practices for AI tool utilization. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, this individual will play a key role in aligning AI initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering a culture of innovation, and staying ahead of emerging AI trends to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

LOCATION: Conveniently located south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• AI Integration: Collaborate with project managers, UX designers, and product owners to integrate AI tools into enterprise workflows and systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and optimize prompts to maximize the effectiveness of large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, enabling tailored solutions for diverse business needs
• Identify Use Cases: Partner with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-driven use cases that deliver measurable value, streamline processes, and enhance productivity
• Training and Enablement: Design and deliver engaging AI training programs to educate employees on tool usage, best practices, and prompt optimization, fostering widespread adoption and proficiency
• Monitor and Optimize: Continuously monitor AI tool performance, gather feedback from users, and iterate on solutions to improve outcomes and address evolving business requirements
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, technologies, and methodologies, providing recommendations for potential adoption to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and large language models (LLMs)
• Proven ability to craft, optimize, and troubleshoot prompts to enhance AI tool performance and achieve targeted outcomes across diverse applications
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and other AI platforms; experience integrating these tools into enterprise applications is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of APIs and the ability to work with technical teams on integrating AI tools with enterprise systems and databases
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience managing technology adoption projects, particularly involving AI or emerging technologies, with a demonstrated ability to deliver on time and within scope
• Active interest in exploring new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, with a proven track record of applying innovative solutions to business challenges
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft AI Fundamentals, Power Platform (PL-900), PMP, Scrum Master, or AI-specific credentials
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code (LCNC) platforms like Power Automate or Power Apps is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
