The Business Enablement Team (BET) within META Reality Labs is looking for a Sr Data Analytics Engineer with technical and functional understanding and experience of supply chain. Analytics Engineer on the Business Enablement Team at Meta, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models, queries, reports, and visualizations that support multiple use cases for supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business owners, solution leads, and data scientists, to understand data needs and represent key data insights in a meaningful way. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data analytics.Senior Data Analytics Engineer Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, integrate, maintain, build, and launch complex collections of data models, queries, reports, and visualizations that support multiple use cases for multiple squads in Reality Labs (RL)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business owners, solution leads, and data scientists, to understand data needs and represent key data insights in a meaningful way
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to support supply chain operations
  • Conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues
  • Optimize pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems to facilitate the easier development of data artifacts
  • Provide technical leadership in Tableau, Data Architecture and guidance to other team members
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data analytics
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in developing and working with Tableau driven dashboards and analytics
  • 5+ years of work experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.)
  • Experience to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of the workbook
  • Experience to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications
  • Experience working in the high-volume consumer electronics industry, especially in supply chain and operations functions
  • Experience in building internal and external customer relationships
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile and scrum project management techniques
  • Leadership and mentoring skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a STEM field
  • Experience with one or more of the following: data processing automation, data quality, data warehousing, data governance, data privacy

$150,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
