Requirements

• A skilled consultant with a proven business and data analysis background, ready for the next step in your career.

• Experienced working with stakeholders to define data and business requirements, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units.

• Familiarity with banking, capital markets, or insurance, with the ability to connect data-driven insights to real-world financial operations.

• Comfortable guiding data engineers in delivering solutions that align with business goals and interpreting technical outputs for non-technical audiences.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, or low-code analytics tools, with a foundational understanding of coding principles to support your work.

• Adept at stakeholder management, juggling multiple priorities, and delivering results in a dynamic environment.

• Naturally curious, with a talent for uncovering insights from data and identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Degree educated or equivalent, with a project management certificate being a bonus (we’ll support you through our training budget).
