Job Overview

We are seeking a results - driven Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for  analyzing data sets and uncovering the trends to use in making informed decisions within our Sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Use the various statistical tools to interpret data sets, trends and patterns to derive useful daily, weekly and monthly insights to improve telesales performance.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain customer data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy for telesales operations.
  • Analyze telesales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue per call.
  • Generate reports to highlight areas for improvement in script usage, call timing, and target segmentation.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast call success rates and sales outcomes.
  • Create and present dashboards to visualize key telesales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average handling time, and revenue).
  • Create and maintain various daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to accurately track sales performance.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other teams and help with needed analysis or reports. 
  • Analyze customer data to identify high-potential segments for telesales targeting.
  • Develop scoring models to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert.
  • Work closely with the telesales and marketing teams to align data insights with campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Business/ Statistics/ Computer Science Degree or their equivalent
  • Excellent command of Excel and SQL TSQL/PLSQL (any DB MSSQL, Oracle, Teradata)
  • Proficient at writing optimized queries on large volumes of data
  • Proficient at writing reports and presentations to explain findings. 
  • You are highly entrepreneurial. You take the initiative to solve problems before they arise. You’ve started and/or contributed to projects you’re passionate about.
  • You are a great collaborator. You know that startups are a team sport. You listen to others, speak your mind, and ask the right questions.
  • This position is currently open to Kenyan citizens only.
