We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

• Conduct analysis of data related to help desk and service ticket data.
• Determine and provide recommendations on opportunities to improve tasks through automation, AI, and process improvements.
• Establish methods to collect cost and time tracking information and assist with building automation in tracking and trending over time.
• Build PowerBI reports and dashboards which provide
• Assist in identifying potential applications and opportunities for Generative AI in the real estate and commercial real estate industry.
• Collaborate with the team to develop research methodologies and frameworks.
• Collect and analyze data related to Generative AI use cases in the real estate and commercial real estate context.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings tailored to the business needs of our company and industry.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand technical aspects and translate them into business insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in Generative AI and their potential impact on the real estate and commercial real estate industry.

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in technology, data analytics or similar fields.
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
• Business acumen and interest specifically in real estate or commercial real estate.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.Compensation$20—$23 USD
