This position is reliant upon funding and may be subject to modification or termination based on resource availability.

POSITION SUMMARY:
World Relief Quad Cities seeks a skilled data professional to compile, analyze, and support the reporting of program data to federal, state, and local grantors. The role will be responsible for ensuring complete and accurate data is reported in grantors’ systems while maintaining data integrity within World Relief Quad Cities’ client relationship management (CRM) systems. This position will support the Grants Management department by tracking report deadlines and ensuring all reports are submitted on time.  




This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until (DATE) and contingent upon funding extension.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Establish consistent practices for the collection of program data across WRQC’s office locations.  
  • Work with program managers to troubleshoot data collection methods and provide input on system improvements.  
  • Track deadlines for reporting in WRQC’s Grants hub.  
  • Communicate with program managers to ensure data is entered in a timely manner and in compliance with internally established deadlines.  
  • Ensure accuracy of data records and collaborate with program directors to troubleshoot data discrepancies and missing or incomplete data.  
  • Assist in training staff on best practices for data entry.  
  • Pull datasets from CRMs, analyze and organize data, and assist in the uploading and/or entry of data into grantor’s systems.  
  • Assist in pulling data for grant proposals, donor meetings, and community presentations.    

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Mature and personal Christian faith
  • Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
  • Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
  • Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity and National Evangelicals For the Health of The Nation document
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of data collection, data entry, and/or database management experience required, or demonstrated equivalent experience and expertise.   
  • Strong computer skills and aptitude for using data software and tech platforms (ie: Microsoft Excel, databases) is required 
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative independently   
  • Strong data analysis skills   
  • Personal integrity and experience maintaining confidential information   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented: ability to review data for accuracy, and correctly transfer this to appropriate data management systems   
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to meet deadlines   
  • Self-motivated: ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment   
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills 
  •  Experience effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
