Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 4 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, proficient in SQL and reporting tools, preferably Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to drive actionable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense to present data in a clear and actionable format.
Utilize SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying to support analytics initiatives and ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support for ongoing projects.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and generate reports to address specific business questions or challenges.
Create and maintain documentation of data processes, analyses, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of data systems, tools, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting to enhance analytical capabilities.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data tools and methodologies as needed.
 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics).
4 to 8 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on SQL and reporting tools, specifically Qlik Sense.
Proven ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights to inform business strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization best practices.
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
