We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Integration Specialist! The position is responsible for supporting the successful data integration of new advisory practices joining Wealth Enhancement Group (WEG). The Data Integration Specialist is a client-facing role that partners with both WEG’s internal data transition team or third-party data integration vendor along with acquired firms both pre- and post-close to assess the current state of the acquired firm’s CRM data, develop a plan to migrate to WEG’s Salesforce platform, and support the data migration and validation of acquired firm’s CRM data. This is a remote role.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the budgeted salary range for this position is $81,100 - $100,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Data Integration Planning & Execution
Support data integration planning between WEG, Acquired firms, and third-party vendors (if applicable).
Manage timelines and data integration activity for all active acquisition projects
Coordinate data validation with acquired firms and data transition team
Manage backlog, identify prioritization, and ensure clean-up of integrated data by data integration team
Relationship Management
Develop collaborative working relationships with key partners involved in the data integration process including the Integration Manager, Technology, Advisor Team Operations, Marketing, acquisition firms, and third-party vendors (if applicable).
Process Improvement
Identify process improvement initiatives to improve WEG data integration processes
Collaborate with WEG departments to identify opportunities to improve data integration and data validation standards and operating procedures
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related
3+ years of experience with client relationship management and portfolio accounting system platforms (Salesforce, Junxure, Orion, Tamarac, Black Diamond, etc)
3+ years office experience, preferably within Financial Services, Technology or Mergers & Acquisitions
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Individual Contributor level is $81,100 to $125,300.
