The Senior Product Developer plays a role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help junior and mid developers grow in their roles.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Use your technical knowledge to influence the direction of a project and embed best practice, whilst coaching and upskilling people as needed
• Work in various industries using various technologies
• Give and receive regular feedback to help the developer community within your club and the wider AND community continue to evolve
• Solve problems both independently and as a part of a team
• Work in a collaborative environment where your opinions and ideas are valued and respected

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Python
• Well versed in another backend language such as Go, Node.js or Java.
• Interested in data engineering, such as ML pipelines, DataBricks or Snowflake.
• An understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• An understanding of Git and best practice.
• An understanding of monolithic and microservice based architectures.
• Experience mentoring and coaching others, and capable of assisting others with their mentoring and career development plans.
