The Consultant position in the IQVIA Digital Data Management Team is a role that supports internal and external clients with data sourcing, data on-boarding, etc., oversee appropriate data loading and data QC for Digital reporting & measurement deliverables. The IQVIA Digital Data Management team works directly with other teams internally to help ensure client deliverables are executed on-time and efficiently. This role is responsible for the completion of projects and tasks related to data, project tracking and communications, both internal and external (clients, 3rd party external data partners and internal teams), all within the life sciences and pharmaceutical fields.
Essential Functions
- Help sustain and improve relationships with all internal teams at IQVIA.
- Perform analysis on data that is acquired by IQVIA or our client for purposes of information discovery and regular quality checks.
- Identify issues with systems/processes and propose solutions or improvements.
- Manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses.
- Complete various ad-hoc requests for 3rd party partners/vendors and for clients as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining project specifications and functional requirements.
- Maintain documented inventory of existing reports, routinely testing data validity, and responding to inquiries regarding report details
- and/or data file details.
- Take ownership in researching data and solutions and make recommendations where applicable.
- Leverage internal business tools to improve visuals and "storytelling" of data and data scenarios.
- Meet service level standards and respond timely to in ternal business requests/needs with a high degree of attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Ability to work through an ambiguous business question. from concept to presentation
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and correct data issues, with both internal partners and external vendors.
- Willingness to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization as a whole and specifically the Data Management team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous experience and/or working knowledge of data in database environments, use of FTPs and data management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management, organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $90,800.00 - $151,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
