The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will support the Global Integrated Supply Chain function and is responsible for all aspects of reporting and data analytics initiatives across the Global Integrated Supply Chain team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring that our reporting systems are efficient, accurate, and aligned with our business objectives. This individual will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to deliver actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

This position reports to the Vice President, Global Integrated Supply Chain and is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain function, located on site in Port Washington, NY or Deland, FL or Cortland, NY.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with developing and implementing a comprehensive global reporting and data analytics strategy aligned with the company's objectives, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of reporting and analytics initiatives.

  • Build predictive models for identifying opportunities for business KPI improvements and cost reduction in the realm of Ops and Supply chain.

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualization tools and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within reporting systems and support Enterprise Analytics transition to new SAP tools (SAP Datasphere/DataLake and SAP Analytics Cloud).

  • As SME for reporting and data analytics, conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

  • Assist with all reporting and data analytics initiatives, from data collection to analysis to presentation of insights and prepare/deliver timely ad-hoc analysis requests for stakeholders, identifying opportunities to optimize reporting processes and enhance data analytics capabilities. Leverage Continuous Improvement/Danaher Business System tools for problem-solving, action planning, and project management.    

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, IT, Data Scientist, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics and demonstrated experience designing and creating data models, reports and dashboards including experience with at least two of the following: SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar.

  • Agility working with cross-functional teams and synthesizing data to articulate concise business insights to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated experience using continuous improvement, lean problem solving and driving process.

  • Proven experience with SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, and preferably knowledge of SAP DataSphere/DataLake, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), ETL.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a global supply chain is desired.

  • Proven project management skills.


The salary range for this role is $105K- $130K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
