We seek a detail-oriented and organized experienced analyst to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will analyze large data sets and conduct complex analyses for internal and KPIs. You'll be an integral part of Cyera and a crucial part of the business. The analysis team holdsholds the analysis function in the company's R&D and product managers, engineering teams, and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas for improvement through data analysis, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision and goals.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all data-related matters, owning and managing multiple data initiatives and projects on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data.
  • Support analytics requirements by providing data-driven insights and solutions, working closely with interdisciplinary teams across the organization, particularly engineering and product teams.

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience as a product/data analyst.
  • Experience with product analytics or tech analysis and serving data insights for the decision-making process.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL, with a proven ability to query and analyze large, complex datasets.
  • Have experience collaborating with development teams or analyzing production data.
  • Hold a BA/B.Sc. Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrate advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Show a genuine passion for understanding consumer needs and use cases, contributing to informed decision-making processes.
