Your Tasks

Project Management - Manage the central GenAI
Enable and continuously support groupwide AI usage
Steer the priorization of projects, assess the process for new use cases as well as the impact on customers and employess
Support HR in identifying skill gaps and training needs and promote an understanding of proven methods and tehnologies
Manage communication with internal and potential external key stakeholders
Manage seamless collaboration with data privacy, tech, legal, enterprise architecture, cyber security, HR and business

Your Profile

University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Professional working experience as PMO (m/f/d) or in a comparable position
Eperience in managing complex projects and in working with a variety of stakeholders
Experience in change management as well as project management
Affinity for innovation and technical topics, tech background is not requiered
Team player (m/f/d)
Confident handling of MS-Office applications
Fluent in English, german is a plus
