As the Data Management Lead for Ice Cream’s upcoming ERP
Implementation, you will take the reins of our data strategy, shaping how our organization transforms its data to drive efficiency, innovation, and growth. This is your chance to lead a mission-critical initiative that will enable smarter decisions, empower teams, and ensure the success of a next-generation ERP system.
This role will exist for the project implementation duration, expected to be 2.5- 3 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Master the Data, Transform the Future
Lead the Data Transformation Journey
Develop a strategic vision for data management that aligns with the goals of the ERP implementation.
Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring integrity, security, and compliance at every stage of the project.
Champion Data Migration Excellence
Spearhead the end-to-end data migration process, from extraction to validation, ensuring every piece of information is accurate, reliable, and ready to power the new ERP system.
Lead data cleansing and enrichment efforts, setting the foundation for seamless operations and analytics.
Design a Seamless Data Ecosystem
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate the ERP with existing systems, creating a unified, connected enterprise environment.
Enable the smooth flow of master, transactional, and analytical data between systems.
Inspire Collaboration Across the Organization
Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, highlighting the value of data-driven decisions and insights.
Deliver with Precision and Impact
Oversee rigorous data testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure project milestones are met with excellence.
Prepare the organization for success by implementing data processes that scale with future needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Data Mastermind: 10+ years in data management, with 2+ years dedicated to ERP implementation or large-scale IT projects.
ERP Savvy: Hands-on experience with systems like SAP
Proven Innovator: Track record of success in data migration, integration, and governance initiatives.
Your Skills
Analytical Visionary: You understand how data drives decision-making and how to harness its potential.
Technical Awareness: You need to be familiar with ETL processes, SQL, and data migration tools like Informatica, Talend, or similar.
Collaborative Leader: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and inspire action.
Detail-Oriented Strategist: You balance a big-picture perspective with a meticulous focus on quality and accuracy.
