Responsible for ensuring that all materials are available for all planned production and data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization

What You Will Do

  • Calculate safety stock to mitigate the risk of stock outs or shortfalls due to uncertainties in supply and volatility in demand.
  • Calculate/review the quantity of a product that should be manufactured in a single batch in order to minimize the total cost that includes setup costs for the machines and inventory holding costs.
  • Routine for clearing products which are not moving to a) free up space in our warehouse and b) to remove nonvalue adding “cash” from our working capital.
  • Generating inventory projection which is compared to target in order to identify deviations, includes both mid-term (16 weeks) and long term-planning (1 year).
  • Identify possible gaps and escalate to the inventory category leads
  • Reviewing inventory levels, identifying deviations, taking actions and tracking service level results.
  • Creates, implements, and maintains master data management solutions that enable users to optimize system capabilities
  • Uses knowledge of end-to-end data processes to analyze, cleanse, and enrich master data elements, and ensure that data flows efficiently and consistently between users and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoots issues related to master data management and identifies opportunities for improving data management

Who You Are

  • University degree
  • High level of English (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are an advantage
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Two or more years’ experience of Planning, within a similar high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Excellent IT skills (Excel, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drives performance
  • The ability to work as part of a team
