Leads, designs, and innovates the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) analytics and reporting to support the compliance and performance framework. Responsible for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources, maintaining databases, analyzing and interpreting data, validating statistical results and implementing strategies which optimize statistical efficiency, quality and emerging needs. Conduct ongoing internal analysis of the institution’s CRA data accuracy and performance. Provide compliance guidance to internal management based on analysis and interpretation of the regulation and the Bank’s CRA performance and CRA reform.****Must have ability to work in office 4 days a week****
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a summary of the essential functions of this job. Other duties may perform, both major and minor, which are not revealed below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1) Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business unit partners across the organization and other corporate functions
2) Follow-up monthly data processing to ensure all CRA systems updates are made on a timely basis and successful upload into CRA systems for reporting.
3) Serve as the Product Owner for the bank’s CRA systems with a specific focus on user experience, automation, and the integration into reporting.
4) Manage systems logic and monthly data processing to ensure all CRA systems updates are made on a timely basis and source data is successfully uploaded into CRA systems for reporting.
5) Participate in high-priority business projects involving transaction support, and operations, and assist in establishing annual CRA goals to achieve targeted ratings
6) Provide recommendations regarding opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern to identify and track appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assist the CRA management with performance.
7) Identify issues requiring research or analysis and determine solutions directly or in consultation with relevant functional/business units and other internal groups, as necessary.
8) Collaborate with the applicable department or functional LOB in the development and review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations related to CRA's actual operating practices.
9) Identify and implement solutions to increase efficiency and proactively enhance the data integrity framework for CRA data which includes building meaningful reports and reconciling information across multiple systems.
10) Supports development and tracking of milestones and other performance management tools and processes used to provide summary reports on progress for executive consideration
11) Provide leadership and support in the implementation and validation of new systems.
12) Assist with internal audits, regulatory exams, and compliance including ensuring CRA policies and procedure documents are consistent with actual operating practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the combined field of compliance, risk and project management.
3. Advanced MS. Excel highly complex modeling skills
4. Advanced PC, communication, leadership, facilitation, and presentation skills along with the ability to organize, direct and perform highly complex analysis support to ensure ensuring the CRA group’s achievement of overall performance and results
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, business, or related field or comparable experience
2. Understanding of CRA and / or experience with 2 or more regulations related to assigned Business Unit or function
3. 7 years’ compliance experience in banking or financial service industry experience and certifications relative to specific area of concentration.
4. Understanding of different technologies used in the financial service industry
