Role - Data Operations Specialist (Data Analyst)

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Data Operations Specialist to join our team. This cross-functional role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in data management, ETL tools, and visualization, with a specific focus on understanding Salesforce, cloud-based data extraction, and tools like Grafana. This individual will play a key role in deriving actionable insights and presenting findings effectively to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Integration and Management - Develop and optimize ETL pipelines, integrate Salesforce data, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Cloud and Tool Utilization - Extract metrics from cloud platforms and utilize tools like Grafana for data monitoring and visualization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights - Analyze datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Visualization and Storytelling - Create dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Serve as a liaison for data needs across Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Finance teams.
  • Process Improvement - Optimize data workflows, enhance automation, and ensure compliance with data governance standards.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3-5 years’ experience with marketing database management, analysis and marketing automation core technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative problem solving, project management and communication (oral and written).
  • Self-starter who drives projects from concept to on-time completion.
 Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar role.
