Balancing Data Analyst (f/m/d)

What you will do:

• Monitor and ensure the quality of energy forecasting processes, investigating deviations and their root causes.
• Analyze and improve existing forecasting models while designing robust data architectures and reports.
• Set up KPIs, automatic alerts, and forecast adjustments to maintain forecast accuracy.
• Develop custom scripts to analyze time-series data and enhance operational insights.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve system bugs and ensure smooth tool operations.
• Learn and apply specific knowledge from diverse energy markets.

What you bring & who you are:

• University or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in querying, debugging, and optimizing databases.
• Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and Python for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking, paired with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; energy market knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
