Data Engineer (GCP) (Remote)

Job Purpose:We are looking for a talented data engineer to join us in building innovative advertising technology. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, web-focused and has experience with the full data life cycle. You will help design the data collection infrastructure in support of the company's Data Architecture. It would help if you had practical experience working with large data sets in website lead generation & search engine marketing, SaaS, or cloud computing domains.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies for all datasets to ensure consistency, integrity, and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust BI solutions, data warehousing, and reporting infrastructure to meet organizational and client requirements
• Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to streamline data flow across systems
• Address complex data challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency of data operations
• Own problems from end-to-end, so that you can best collect, extract, and clean the data
• Work closely with data analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business goals
• Document processes and promote best practices in data engineering to improve scalability and performance of data workflows

Qualifications:

• 4+ years working as a Data Engineer
• Strong expertise in ETL tools (preferably Google Cloud Platform - GCP)
• Ability to lead projects individually and deliver them on time
• Advanced SQL coding skills with hands-on experience in ETL processes
• Amazon Web Services (S3, SQS, Redshift, DocumentDB)
• Knowledge with Java
