Job Description

CRM & Data Analyst

Syngenta Poland is seeking a skilled and experienced CRM & Data Analyst to join our Commercial Excellence team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analyzing customer data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic and operational aspects of CRM initiatives
Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights
Support sales team performance through commercial strategies
Monitor and report on commercial activities
Ensure data quality and accuracy
Manage customer data collection, storage, and governance
Create and implement analytical frameworks

Qualifications

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or CRM project management
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/IT/Statistics or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with CRM teams, developers, and sales teams
