We are hiring for a Sr. Data Analytics Developer position in the Information Technology (IT) department with responsibility for architecting, designing, developing, modeling, improving and maintaining data analytics and integration capabilities and solutions within the Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP). The Sr. Data Analytics Developer will interact with business and IT resources to identify reporting, analysis and visualization requirements and the underlying data integration needs. The Sr. Data Analytics Developer will work closely with Business and IT to turn data into critical information used for sound business making decisions. This resource will effectively gather and document requirements, architect/design and model analytic and integration objects, develop and deliver solutions to meet the business needs regarding data, reporting and analytics.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a BI/Analytics and Integration role
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with data retrieval and integration across multiple platforms
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and using SQL and SQL scripting for solution delivery
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in normalized and dimensional data modeling (conceptual, logical and physical), including Columnar
• Solid understanding of data quality, data management and metadata management principles
• Minimum of 3 years of BI & Analytics report development with experience using Business Objects or similar type reporting/analytics/visualization platform
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Java and Javascript
• Experience with Rest API/Soap API in integration and data delivery
• Experience working with all levels within the business community gathering and documenting business requirements and delivering solutions
• Experience working within the SAP Eco-system (SAP BI, BW) preferred
• Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools, such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica preferred
• Proven ability to learn other BI/Analytic and Integration tools

Sr. Data Analytics Developer Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Enterprise Reporting and Integration team members to develop data-centric solutions within the Enterprise Analytic Platform (EAP) to
  support critical business functions and meet business objectives, requirements and company goals for reporting/analytics and data integration
• Communicate with project managers, stakeholders and other team members to develop cohesive data integration strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements
• Testing and debugging applications during Software Development Life Cycle
• Provide ongoing technical support of existing BI/Analytics and Integration solutions
• Train other resources on BI/Analytics development
• Train other resources on Integration development
• Train other resources on data modeling and use of data models
• Train or assist in training users on use of BI/Analytic solutions
• Guiding/mentoring other developers
• Other development duties as assigned
