About the Role

We're looking for a Working Student in Berlin to join Beam and help us deliver AI-powered solutions! In this role, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, assist in designing customized AI Agents, and support the implementation of enterprise-grade AI agents. Responsibilities

Your work will involve both engineering excellence and close customer collaboration, bridging the gap between product and business strategy. The key responsibilities entail the following:

• Engage with stakeholders across various levels of the customer’s business, from technical teams to executive leadership.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to assess customer requirements and identify opportunities for automation with AI agents.
• Present tailored demonstrations of our AI agents, highlighting their capabilities and fit for the customer’s needs and improve business efficiency.
• Address technical challenges and collaborate with customer teams to resolve any obstacles in the implementation process.
• Ensure that AI agents are scalable, efficient, and fully integrated into the customer’s workflows.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features that tackle innovation gaps and enhance the customer experience.
• Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, identifying opportunities for deeper AI integration that align with their long-term goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business and Technology Studies, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Prior experience (e.g., internships, academic projects, or part-time roles) in technical or customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Manager or similar.
• Familiarity with engaging clients, gathering requirements, and contributing to solution design.
• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for AI technologies and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Good to have:

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Exposure to no-code automation platforms.
• Interest in or knowledge of AI, machine learning concepts, or prompt engineering.
