Are you a talented and knowledgeable T-SQL Developer Programmer with Business Intelligence experience? SUMMARY: Responsible for the development of all phases in SQL, T-SQL, relational database programming/design, and SSRS reporting.

LOCATION: Conveniently located south of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, at the NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane.
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write stored procedures, table alterations, functions, selects, inner and outer joins, indexes, SSIS packages, and SSRS Reports in SQL Server 2016 and 2019
- Performance tuning with stored procedures, functions, set-based code, and index creation
- Knowledge of execution plans, statistics, and reading plan diagrams
- Configure and promote objects through development to production using source control system and coding standards
- Simulating test workloads and experience with unit testing
- Python, Powershell, SSIS, and C# experience is a plus
- Experience working with JSON data
- Consume data from APIs in Azure Data Factory and SSIS
- Convert business requirements to system design
- Own the database schema, which designates responsibility for its design (both current and planned improvement)
- Interact with programmers as a *SQL Expert*
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MS SQL programmer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment using a structured software development methodology
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale database solutions that are reliable, scalable, and perform at high levels
- Working knowledge of security and privacy issues, SQL 2019, and SQL 2016.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individuals must be team-quality players in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must work in an environment with 90% development and 10% production support
