  • University degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Quantitative Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM and campaign analytics: customer data analysis, segmentation, campaign post evaluations; usage of CRM platforms, database analysis tools and campaign management, experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Permanent contract

Position Summary
Reporting to the CRM Insights Manager, you will play a key role in using cutting-edge marketing technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, improve data accuracy, and drive the performance of marketing campaigns. You will support the targeting of our campaigns and analyze customers’ KPIs and behavior. You will collaborate closely with Insights, Loyalty and channels as well as with the whole Marketing Department, analyzing, studying and creating insights on our Active Customer Base.

 

A Day in the Life of…

  • Segment and profile the customer base for the main activations and promotion activities, working on the Adobe campaign management tool;
  • Sustain the Martech evolution in the market, supporting the team with a CRM expertise and creating ad hoc audiences;
  • Post-evaluate internal activations, focusing on redemption and customer behavior and deep diving the impact on customers’ behavior and results versus the pre-evaluation;
  • Perform ad hoc and recurring analysis on our Active Customer Base providing insights and proposals to better liase with our customers;
  • Ensure data quality of the customer base, performing quality checks and customer account optimization;
  • Provide recommendations to channels for continuous improvement in the omni-channel customer experience, translating data from analyses into actionable recommendations for all business initiatives;
  • Align with HQ Operational Analytics community for BI activities, cascading info and updates to department BI Superusers in the market.

 

What will make you successful?

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Strongly recommended knowledge of Adobe Campaign;
  • Knowledge of SPSS/SAS/Knime or other statistics packages and of SAP Hana / SQL or other data query tool;
  • Creative and flexible mindset, with a Good presentation and communication skills;
  • Good business acumen and at ease with marketing and financial models: campaign redemption, customer lifetime value, ROI;
  • Able to work in complex data systems;
  • Ability to act independently, decisively and proactively;
  • Willingness to collaborate and work in a team.
