We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automate Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process automation and a strong focus on Microsoft Power Automate.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience with source control tools (e.g. GitHub, TFS, SVN)

• Experience with on-prem and cloud deployment of RPA Solutions

• Experience in integrating RPA solutions with enterprise applications like Salesforce.com, Workday, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa etc.

• Experience with process reengineering

• Cross-functional business and application knowledge

• Understand Python and Object-oriented languages and scripting

• Understand database query languages

• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management

• Experience in applying OCR, NLP, AI/ML etc. capabilities to enhance business process and performance.

• Customer-centric and service orientated

• Strong Microsoft .Net Framework skills

• HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript

• RPA Platform Experience Microsoft Power Automate

• Advanced familiarity with REST API and SoapUI

• Advanced knowledge of XML and XSD

• Implementations and use of version control systems – Git, SVN, TFS

• Ability to conceptualise and simplify complex problems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audience

RESPONSIBILITIES 

PROCESS

• Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA solutions around them

• Understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution

• Support existing automations/processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process

TEAM

• Mentor the developers through constant monitoring and help them debugging the issues that may encounter

• Collaborate with the Business Analysts on feasibility and optimization

• Assist the automation developers to understand complex requirements, test and deploy them to test and production environments

PRODUCT

• Deliver process automation to drive successful adoption and increase consumption of the RPA products

• Constantly upgrade the solutions with evolving technologies and customer requirements

• Define how to manage the configurable parameters, queues and schedules of Robots to optimize the cost and runtime

• Estimate the time and cost for the implementation

DELIVERABLES

• Define, establish and manage overall automation platform (RPA, Cognitive, AI/ML etc.) architecture for enterprise-level automation at scale

• Design well-structured, reusable and easy-to-understand solutions

• Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance

• Identify potential bottlenecks, exceptions and requirements while providing scalable technical solutions

• Ensure code reviews and audits of the implemented solution in order to offer a compliant and robust solution
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Bachelor Degree / Diploma / recognised qualification from an accredited tertiary institution

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools as well as cognitive platforms namely Power Platform

• Substantial experience (min 5 years) with software development and RPA technologies

• Overall minimum of 4 years of experience in a business process optimisation role

• Able to design a Process Design document for RPA Projects

• Platform RPA Business Analysis certifications are preferred but not required (training can be provided)

• Platform RPA Architecture certifications are preferred but not required (training can be provided)

• Experience with Agile methodology

• Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning

• Understanding of workflow-based logic

• Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods

• Experience designing workflow-based solutions or functionality
