The Audit Manager at Wells Fargo is an Individual Contributor role with no direct reports. The officer title associated with this role is Executive Director given the complexity of engagements.
Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Analytics Audit Manager, Executive Director on the
Enterprise Technology Audit Group and Innovation Lab Teams. The Enterprise Technology Audit Group and Innovation Lab Team, led by a Senior Audit Manager, is responsible for supporting specific technology solutions used by Audit Innovation & Analytics Team including Internal Audit’s data mart, analytics tools and business intelligence environments. This individual will be the AMS Product Manager responsible for leading and managing the data environment. Additionally, this individual is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Technology Audit Group Innovation Team. This team develops analytics solutions on key areas of the company including Identify and Access Management, Incident Management, Technology Resiliency/Disaster Recovery, Change Management and Encryption.
In this role, you will need strong leadership skills, an understanding of the audit lifecycle, and advanced technical skills.
You will:
Lead the strategy and resolution of complex challenges providing influence to deliver data and analytical solutions that are long term and potentially large scale.
Be great at execution using project management and agile concepts and the Atlassian suite of products to support the Internal Audit data environment and other efforts meeting defined deadlines and established service level agreements.
Strategically lead and collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise including working with technology to prioritize and implement bug fixes and enhancements to the Internal Audit data environment and the data management group to identify optimal data sources for data feeds.
Act as a thought partner and mentor for team members by providing comprehensive feedback to develop their knowledge in key areas including SQL, data analytics, and audit.
Be the analytics expert within the team developing procedures, templates, and mentoring team members.
Drive visualization improvements to the delivery and quality of analytical products, including data driven key risk insight alerts, latest Tableau functionality, etc.
Be results driven, detail-oriented, demonstrate strategic thinking and creativity.
Be capable of initiating action and managing change in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain review notes and feedback, ensure all documentation (intake forms, solution documentation, etc.) is clear, concise, and completed to satisfy team, audit, and enterprise solution requirements.
Partner with key stakeholders from each audit group to ensure development priorities are in alignment with audience needs, feedback is incorporated into existing reporting, and all reporting needs are met and/or documented.
Have strong relationship management, influencing, organizational and execution skills; communicate effectively and ensure that all deliverables are met.
Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new analytical tools and methods to analyze data.
Be a critical thinker with an innovative mindset, coupled with a track record for creating solutions that are efficient, effective, and essential.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Audit or Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Visualization and Tableau experience.
Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Splunk.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
