JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an Associate Director, Data Analytics (Analyst, IT, Sr) to oversee data analytics and insights development related to opportunities in new markets. This role is responsible for analyzing new locations and market opportunities, conducting opening and ramp up analyses, and developing dashboards and tools to assess performance. The role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and project managers to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals for expansion and market penetration.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Market and Integration Success:

• Analyze new partnership models and locations to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct opening and ramp up analyses and develop predictive models to ensure successful market entry and integration.
• Assess performance to plan and identify opportunities to improve.
• Deliver insights to senior leadership to inform decision making in market and growth development.

Data Analytics:

• Utilize data analytics to drive growth and marketing strategies in new markets.
• Develop and implement data-driven plans that align with organizational goals.
• Identify tools and resources to support leadership’s ability to make informed decisions.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to evaluate opportunities and performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.

JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, market analysis, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex projects.
• Experience in new location analysis, opening analysis, ramp-up processes, and marketing spend management.
• Experience with data visualization tools to deliver compelling insights and reports (i.e. Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through to completion.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

JOB HOURS

The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
