The Position

This hands-on Sr. Data Analyst position will reside within the Firm’s Business Solutions & Innovations department, providing major technology platform transformation and change management, where 20+ years of legacy technology and business process is undergoing a complex and strategic overhaul, focused on efficiency, sustainability and providing a competitive industry advantage.

Qualifications

• MUST have experience with Aderant Financial System
• 3-5 years of Experience in Financial Systems Administration
• Proven expertise Managing Data & Performing Data Analysis
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Analysis Services
• Advanced MS SQL/SSRS/SQL Query skills are a must
• Knowledge of Sequel Viewpoint Systems a plus
• Prior industry experience with mid to large sized Law Firm(s) a plus
• MS Excel/VBA/Macro understanding, ability to debug, and develop a must
• Organizational skills to manage toward deadlines and deliverables
• Experience leading the transition, integration, and implementation of legal e-billing platforms a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a Computer Science OR related field OR substantial industry experience/expertise: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Aderant Database & Software for financial systems management and reporting
• Create and maintain reporting processes to support firm stakeholders
• Develop an understanding and knowledge of databases supporting firm operation
• Utilize Power BI Analysis Services for data visualization and reporting
• Perform initial analysis and refinement of data
• Effectively communicate with multiple departments and parties
• Respond to ad hoc data requests
• Effectively analyze, reverse engineer, and document legacy scripting routines & macros

 

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.  This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. 

Salary Range: $110,000—$150,000 USD
