Working closely with Solution Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers, you will help to ensure the development of high-quality AI/ML services and products, from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full-scale production.

You can be based at any of our local offices across the EMEA region. While most of your colleagues are located at our headquarters in Helsinki, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and peers from around the globe.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Applying best practice Agile, MLOps, and DevOps principles to manage the lifecycle of Analytics and Advanced Analytics solutions in Kemira Azure.
  • Supporting the technical implementation of solutions, including GenAI resources, AI/ML APIs, and Microservices, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Implementing and managing infrastructure-as-code to productize AI/ML and Advanced Analytics in Cloud environments.
  • Developing monitoring solutions to track model and service performance while addressing incidents related to AI/ML models and infrastructure.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Significant experience in secure and data-centric digital engineering practices, such as MLOps and/or DevOps.

  • Strong understanding of APIs and Microservices for Data, Analytics & AI products.

  • Confident technical and business communication skills in English.

  • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code, CICD pipelines, GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps and related Azure services.

  • Proficiency in Python and other scripting/automation languages, with familiarity in AI/ML solutions.

  • A Bachelor’s or higher degree in a STEM field, preferably related to Software or Engineering. Relevant certifications or comparable experience in Azure is desirable.

What you can expect from us:

  • An opportunity to be a key player in establishing a solid IT solution and data management framework in the sustainability area.
  • A domain that receives strong support and commitment from top management.
  • Excellent opportunity to be part of Kemira’s sustainability-driven transformation for profitable growth.
  • A chance to work in a diverse, inclusive, and international setting, with opportunities to engage with teams and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Flexibility to organize your work between office and remote in a hybrid work culture
