The Master Data Specialist is responsible for supporting Sales and Manufacturing sites with the maintenance of product master data, to ensure accurate and speedy provision of approved products for R&D, Operations and Sales. They will maintain quality product master data by following global SOPs/Work Instructions/Trainings for NPI new item creation, extension of items to additional sites/systems, and changes to product master data for legacy items. 

This role is hybrid, requiring one day per week at the Jundiaí, SP office.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Create, extend, and update product master data in PLM/ERP systems within agreed SLAs.

• Monitor workflows daily to ensure timely completion and support sites with product master data queries.

• Review product master data regularly to ensure compliance with global policies and standards.

• Perform data analysis and execute mass maintenance requests for product master data.

• Develop and deliver communication and training sessions to stakeholders.
   

The essential requirements of the job include

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, with Spanish preferred; skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Master Data or related roles and 2 years in industrial processes.

• Proficient with PLM (Agile PLM) and ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud).

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
