Team/Role Overview

The Staffing Office is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all non-employees working on assignment at the bank

The Data Quality Intermediate Analyst is responsible for providing operations support services to identify and remediate data integrity issues and errors while maintaining a systemic approach to keeping records accurate. Additionally, the Data Quality Intermediate role serves as the liaison between operations staff and Management to identify and implement processes, procedures and controls to improve data quality for the operations.

What you’ll do

• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
• Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement
• Apply project management skills to assist operational projects as assigned
• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow
• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
• Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
