Job Description:

The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.

Dimensional is undertaking a digital transformation agenda, investing in innovative ways to deepen client engagement, reach new audiences, and position the firm as the undisputed leader in financial science and client services.

The Paid Media Analytics, Senior Associate will play a vital role in this digital transformation by assisting in the setup, tracking and analysis of Dimensional’s paid media campaigns. The candidate must have the ability to work efficiently with large groups of stakeholders, gaining consensus and managing timelines in a fast-paced environment, and to use sound judgment with an eye to the broader marketing data and reporting needs for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with paid media managers and content creators to activate data-driven digital advertising strategies.
  • Own and present monthly, quarterly, and annual paid media reporting for marketing leadership
  • Assist in the construction, execution, and analysis of meaningful paid media experiments and A/B tests.
  • Surface relevant and impactful insights or trends
  • Source and compile competitive intelligence reports, identifying industry trends as they appear
  • Advise on the paid media data strategy, including campaign tagging, consistent UTM management, and general campaign management
  • Understand the duties and strengths of fellow teammates. Ensure resources are aligned and everyone is working toward a common objective.
  • Analyze requests and understand total asks before engaging the appropriate department resources. Ensure proper prioritization, meet all established deadlines, and proactively resolve issues that may impact project deadlines

Qualifications:                                                                                          

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, statistics, computer science, economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid media and/or data analytics, preferably at a B2B organization or digital advertising agency
  • Prior experience constructing, analyzing, and reporting on integrated paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, and other paid social channels
  • Understanding of marketing analytics concepts like media mix modeling, funnel optimization, attribution models, and user segmentation
  • Expertise in Excel; proficiency in SQL and/or Python a plus
  • Familiarity with BI dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to tie marketing KPIs and analysis directly to business outcomes
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Must be process-driven, but flexible
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative
