Senior Transfer Pricing Advisor

At the corporate head office based in Amsterdam the position for a senior Transfer Pricing advisor has arisen.
The team
You will be a part of the Group Tax department (total 25 people). Group Tax provides high-quality tax support to ING’s management and businesses. The team works together with ING’s business lines and support functions and performs an oversight role in respect of ING’s non-Dutch units. Our Transfer Pricing Team advices and supports management and the business on all intra group transactions, ensures ING is compliant with transfer pricing (documentation) requirements, assists business units in tax audits. The senior Transfer Pricing advisor supports the Group Tax management team in developing and executing the organization's tax strategy to ensure its tax compliance and will play an important role in automating our transfer pricing processes and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Taking the lead in the implementation of ING Group’s global policies, procedures, and practices regarding the pricing and documentation of intra-group transactions.
Designing, testing, and maintaining TP models for head office charges and other cost allocations from head office and shared service centres.
Assisting annual budgeting process from TP perspective.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between TP and business operations/ financial processes.
Contributing to the transition from excel-based calculations by building and maintaining dashboards and automation solutions.
Supporting other areas of the Global Tax team, such as ad-hoc data requests, tax audits and documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR).

You have excellent communicative skills and able to tailor the tone and content of your advice to match the needs and expectations of each audience . You anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and you’re not only executing but able to create and lead transformation.
You have excellent communicative skills and are an open and enthusiastic person with a can-do mentality. A team player who can also work independently on behalf of the tax function, solution oriented. You are fluent in English.
In addition we look for the following:
Substantial general work experience in the tax domain together with comprehensive transfer pricing experience;
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in economics, tax, data science, accounting, or finance.
Good knowledge of the OECD’s Transfer Pricing Guidelines;
Proficiency in MS Office as well as data handling, modelling and dashboarding tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, VBA);
Experience in building data analytics solutions using programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a big plus;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Team player, strong attention to detail, ability to effectively partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
