Our challenge

We are looking for an AI candidate, as an AI Intern, candidate will work with our data science and engineering teams to develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and applications.

Additional Information

Paid Internship Opportunity, pay rate will be $18/hour, for a duration of approximately 12 weeks. Location: New York, NY and Charlotte, NC.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Internship in data and data science technologies and methodologies
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, algorithms, data science principles and practices
• Knowledge of a variety of programming languages, such as Python, Rust, or others
• Familiarity with source control systems, such as Git is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a variety of technologies
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues with software solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Assisting in the maintenance and upgrade of existing software solutions
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to the improvement of software development processes and practices
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies that align with the organization's goals and objectives

Requirements:

You are:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field (in progress)
• Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field is a plus (in progress)

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
